01 Introduction and Acceptance

jezbaz ("we", "us" or "platform") provides an online sports betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh. By registering an account or using any service through this website or application, you are considered to have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions ("Terms").

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the jezbaz platform. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any change means you have accepted the updated Terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on jezbaz. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform. During account registration you may be required to provide information and documents for age verification.

2.2 Geographic Applicability

jezbaz operates primarily for players in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations regarding online gaming in your location. jezbaz does not provide access to its services in any jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended or closed and any balances held in them may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

During registration you must provide your real name, date of birth, an active mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Protecting Your Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

jezbaz reserves the right to verify your identity and payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be held until the KYC process is complete. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card, passport or driving licence.

04 Deposit Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits on jezbaz can currently be made using the following payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds will only be added to your account balance once the transaction has been successfully processed.

4.3 Third-Party Payments Prohibited

Deposits from a mobile banking account registered in another person's name are prohibited. If a third-party transaction is detected, the relevant funds will be frozen and the account will be placed under review.

05 Withdrawal Terms

5.1 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum amount for each withdrawal request is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount will not be accepted.

5.2 Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is pending or if fraud is suspected.

5.3 Payment Method Match

Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking account that was used to make the deposit and which is registered in your own name. Withdrawals to a different account will not be processed.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

jezbaz offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳11,000

6.2 Wagering Requirement

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times (25x). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn while a bonus is active.
• Bonus claims made using multiple accounts or false information will be cancelled.
• jezbaz reserves the right to change the terms of promotional offers.
• The validity period for using a bonus is determined by the terms of the applicable promotion.

07 VIP Program and Cashback

The jezbaz VIP program has three tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

By playing regularly you can advance to a higher VIP tier. The final decision on VIP tier assignment and cashback payments rests with jezbaz. Specific wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.

08 Fair Play Policy and Prohibited Activities

8.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraud, skimming or any other deceptive activity.
• Placing bets using software, bots or automated systems.
• Abusing the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Unauthorized access to another player's account.
• Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors or glitches.

8.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above activities are detected, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, cancel any winnings and bonuses, and take legal action where applicable.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jezbaz platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics and other materials — is protected by the intellectual property rights of jezbaz or the relevant licensor. Reproducing, distributing or using this content for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited.

Game software operates under the intellectual property of various third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft and Spribe. The trademarks and content of these providers are the property of their respective owners.

10 Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

10.1 Limited Liability

jezbaz is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, internet disconnection, third-party software issues or any other unforeseen circumstances. We always strive to ensure a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times.

10.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses or expenses incurred by jezbaz as a result of your breach of these Terms or your use of your account.

11 Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any available balance before closing your account. If active bonus wagering is in progress, the bonus will be cancelled at the time of account closure.

11.2 Termination by jezbaz

jezbaz may close or suspend your account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• KYC information found to be false.
• Legal order from a regulatory authority.
• Discontinuation of service for business reasons.

12 Responsible Gaming

After a complaint is submitted, we will investigate as quickly as possible and notify you. If the matter is not resolved at the initial contact stage, it will be escalated to a higher level within our organization. The final decision of jezbaz is considered contractual and binding.

15 Changes to Terms and Enforceability

jezbaz reserves the right to change, amend or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or a notification on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change means the new Terms have been accepted.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
